It's not a well-thought-out story though. Just something came across my mind when I was drawing. So here we go

Kokuu (literally: "grain rain") is a rogue ninja with mysterious origin. Disguises as a normal civilian, she travels from village to village, from country to country. One day, she ends up at Sunagakure and misunderstandingly, gets into a fight with Suna's shinobi. In spite of her appearance, she's quite powerful. They realizes that she has the ability to manipulate water, and bloodline limit of controlling living beings' fluid. Things get out of control and Godaime Kazekage- Gaara makes an entrance Eventually, Gaara clears up the misunderstanding. As an apology, Kokuu helps Suna's shinobi(who she injured earlier) with their missions. After a while, she gets more and more involved with Suna and its people. They also get to know more about her, along with her painful origin. And even without realizing it, Gaara has fallen in love with her

I actually did think of something similar to your doujinshi but in the case, she relates to the water country or Amegakure, and has the ability to manipulate water. I got this idea because Gaara's sand couldn't work well if it's soaked, and yes, I want mah pretty lady to have the upper hand
I'm not good at writing so I draw what I imagined. If you're ok with my style, I would love to do the design

Our stories may be different (I won't bother telling you the whole story) but yours looks interessant !
I would be so happy you could do the design for my princess.
Tell me if you need more informations. I can give you some points for the work
Here people do commissions for others except if they are absolutly wonderfully nice and do it for free (requests or gifts)
To be honest I won't need a design for this character before several years. I can't draw as fast as I invent stories
But stil I love your style on linearts and I would be glad to have one from you !
