The celestial guardians of the night;
The blessed caretakers of those who appreciate their magnificence.
A minute detail on the canvas of nature
To those unwilling to understand them.
Unfortunately, for some, the stars still remain a mystery.
Many use the stars to tell stories of what has passed.
Others use them to see the future.
They are the sweet serenade to our sleepy surroundings;
Th liberating lullaby for those who are, during the day, held as captives
To the corruption of conformity.
They are the sparkling reminder to stand up for ourselves,
And against those who refuse to accept diversity.
The stars are the ten million pairs of eyes looking down on us
At night,
When we think we're alone.
So this evening, look up and thank them for being there.
