He's our oldest "kitteh", and he's been in poor health all of his life. But, he still has spirit enough to manage to escape occasionally. He's in the back lawn now. Each time I open the door, he runs across the lawn, knowing I'd never be able to venture past the porch. It worries us when he's outside because he is vision-impaired. However, he was outdoors most of last summer, and he did a good job. He even learned to catch prey~well, butterflies at least.digital camera

He's as sweet as he looks. We keep thinking he won't survive another year, but he rebounds and keeps going! Now that it's summertime, he keeps escaping from the house; as much as we'd like him to have more freedom, we do have to worry about the neighbors' dogs. It would be a horrid way for him to end his life.
But, he does get to stay outside when Mom sits on the porch. Then, they both get to bask in the sun.

He is a very sweet, rather mild-mannered guy. He's been with us longer than we expected, as he has never been healthy. He continues to surprise us! Now, he's the oldest of our "purrbaby pride".
