One of many of my Twisted dark fairytales:

I never did like Disney's pointless version of Alice in wonderland, the characters were bland and poorly done.
Alice in wonderland was a dream that someone had that got written about and turned into a book.
Now, i am very found of gothic looking anime, so i took it upon myself to draw some (not enough room for all of the characters) of the characters from one of my fave fairytails of all time.
Alice: In anime big eyes mean innocents so i gave her very big eyes with thick eyelashes. Her face has got this childish look with rosey cheeks- she almost looks like a well crafted doll, the dress helps with that also.

The White Rabbit: Say good bye to the ugly little white rabbit from the Alice in wonderland you once knew. This one keeps his 'busy/late!' look but now he is just cute enough for a little girl to actually want to follow.

Cheasire Cat: When i was done drawing the Cheza cat for this picture i showed it to my eight year old brother and asked him who her thought it was. He said "Gabriel?" -Thats how i know he looks evil enough. lol

The Mad Hatter: The mad Hatter from disney's version was just plain retarded. This mad hatter on the other hand is actually mad. notice the card in his hat 'blood', and the knive in his hand. ah his love of blood.

The Queen of Hearts: my first thought of the queen of hearts was to get rid of her beer belly. ^^' she is now more royal and snobby looking than ever. Notice her nails, creepy? The dress, her crown, and the fan. All hearts.
