It looks interesting but not appealing enough to buy. I'll give it credit taht all characters have somewhat interesting designs and so do the locations and level, but I still haven't got around to buy any of the games and miniatures.
Thanks for the compliment though~ I'm still not really satisfied with how the fire looks like, but the effect looks nice enough.

There really hasn't been a "bad" design, I agree.Β And I do get a bit hype for any new.
For some reason I can somehow resist the temptation to buy the game... Maybe because I watch enough gameplay?Β
At least the makers didn't FORCE you to collect all 301 figurines.
And thank goodness there aren't any Blind Packs.Β Β whewwhewwhew
IΒ only had experience with Swap Force, which I say that one "newer" Skylander is enough to keep you entertained.

And oh god, Blind Packs. I remember there are some ways to acrually recognize what's inside without opening the pack, at least that happened with others collections.
I'll be really honest: the thing that kept me away from the first Skylanders title was Spyro's redesign. I guess that's the only one I don't like, but it's not really "bad", just really different from what we were used to see in Spyro. Other than that, I'm guessing that the figurines would take up much space. I'm already having trouble in keeping my Amiibos in place, and I only have 5... ^^"

I suggest putting collections in some sort of container if the collection is small.
I don't have anything against Amiibos; I actually think they're pretty neat having them in multiple Nintendo games.Β
