2009I had to draw this twice...I got 90% through the first one and messed up a cloud....I got discouraged for a bit...then grabed some paper and went back to work.... I am so glad I did.
I want the borders to be off in measurement. I wanted lot-o-heart.
Lets mes knows whats yous thinks!

Very nice, I love the variation of colors within the sky and earth, and how they alternate. Especially love the variety of shading techniques you used.

ROFL!! I agree my friend. It would be the next logical step...I just need the education. I am thinking that after the kids get a little older. I might go to a little 2or 3 years art school. I want to learn digital and I would LOVE to learn how to use watercolor. THANK YOU!

There is no learning curve for digital art. Everything you do with your traditional techniques, you can do pretty much the same way with digital techniques.

Well. On thursday of next week I am actually going on vacation. I get one weekend once a year. So I am just going to do some random stuff untill then...Then when I get back, I am think maybe....I do not know.

it looks great! i def. got a wall-e vibe from it too but not so strong that it looks heavily influenced, it still looks like a completely original picture.
i hate when that happens! getting so far in a piece and then some stupid small mistake makes you have to go back and start from scratch! uhg!

Well the first one took me a bit because I had to sketch it out. The second one did not take as long because I alreaddy had the concept. Probably took me 3 or 4 hours. Thank you, I see the WALL-E thing now. LOL. I did not see it before, which is wierd because I see that movie like 50 times a day.

LoL. I know exactly what you mean. My son was WALL-E crazy for like 20 minutes. I still watch it like twice a week. My favorite part of that movie is the end credits, where they draw the story in all sorts of art styles.....and yes I am a nerd.

awe! i always love the end credits too, i always watch the Incredibles all the way to the very end becuase of the art where they tell the story too, its a great way to get ppl watching the credits.

Yeah I just love it when studios take their characters and put them in alot of different art styles...I have always been a fan of that.....or like in some looney tunes where cartoons go in and out of painting....even as a kid I always though that was so fun...yes..I am a nerd.

Right. Like there was this Batman animated series episode, where different artist did like 10 min. I think like Frank Miller designed one. I loved that episode. Seein' classic char in so many different styles.
