Mocha has a unique charm to him: his love of socializing and making merry makes him both lovable and endearing, at least to the customers he serves. He works a full-time job as a waiter in a small restaurant in Nilla called "Got Your Tongue". Although clumsy, with a tendency to ramble and forget himself at times, he does his job well. The fat cat of the restaurant sees potential in Mocha, but always reprimands him for constantly chatting with everyone instead of just taking and bringing orders, calling it a "waste of time". Mocha, on the other hand, sees his job for more than what it is and likes to make the most of it. He's made many friends, acquaintances, and even a few enemies because of how he does his job and how he interacts with the customers. Mocha is the type that, if he sees a kitten crying or two adults arguing, will jump in and try and turn the situation around rather than leaving it be.
His older brother, Coffee, also interacts with his customers at the cafe "Affogato" as a barista in Neapolis. He was the one to suggest that his little brother gain some restaurant experience before having him work alongside him. While Mocha really enjoys his current job, he is considering it. Meanwhile, on his days off, Mocha likes to visit his big brother at his cafe and chat it up with him while he works (Coffee doesn't mind at all).
