This is Temporal, a betta fish OC! He is from the same story as Painter, now titled "Kingdom of Ends". The story will be more liberal with designs, and they won't be 100% realistic but will use realistic colors. Temporal was based around a steel blue betta fish, though so his colors are like that.
Temporal was a fish being sold at the Creatureland pet store. Though, due to poor care, he was very ill and one of his eyes was blind. Temporal was very discontent with being trapped in his tiny cup, and that no one would buy him due to his rotted fins. A demon named Eyetallicous had happened upon the fish when searching for new animals to work for him, and decided to make a deal with Temporal. Eyetallicous said that if Temporal were to give up the other fish being sold at the store and work for him, they would give him mystical powers and a long healthy life. Temporal, desperate to get out, took the deal, only to see all the other fish's souls being consumed by Eyetallicous. Eyetallicous then took the betta fish into the Demon Realm, a parallel universe where the demons lived with there being no colors and with the plants dead instead. Temporal was given his clock eye to replace his blind eye, and felt recovery from his illness'. The clock eye provided him the power to temporally control time, with him freezing it and manipulating it for his pleasure. He can also can call upon Eyetallicous' lesser demons to help him. When Temporal goes back to Earth, unless he arrives in fresh water, he'll be in the plastic cup that he was being sold in, and with such limited movement will be a grave weakness for him.
Temporal is often jealous of others and wants to take things for his own. He's never really satisfied with what he was and has a need for more. Temporal is willing to harm others to get what he wants, although sometimes he feels guilt. He also is rather full of himself and sees himself as a higher than some of the others and this can lead him to being rather cocky. Temporal is also flamboyant and stylish, and loves to show off his fins. He likes to charm others and is good with manipulation, and has a disregard for how others are affected by his decisions.
