In a Nutshell, This character is in a Rp set far off into the future of Pyrrhia where the individual tribes are nothing more than myths and legends. Kingdoms are now Provinces, and a High King/Queen oversees the continent at Jade Mountain Palace. Lybra here is the daughter of the leader of the Sand Province.
