If she's grabbing all the other colors as well, not just the one she needs to get, I think she actually didn't get that part about the rules that she only needs to get the color she's assigned, didn't bother listening, or something. I think they'll check how many of the pearls they are supposed to get when the round is over, so if they find out she got the wrong colors also, she'll either have to try again and play catch-up the next round, or she'll just lose that round.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Cause if it's bad, sorry about that, just trying to give my interpretation of why the characters behaved a certain way. I just tried to guess what might be most logical for how some characters behave with what little intel I could get my hands on. And she didn't seem the type to actually cheat, just someone who didn't bother hearing all the rules. I think I've seen that happen a few times when I was younger, and figured out that's a bit more common to find in some anime. Hope you don't mind if I gave my input about what might be going on in her head.
