Description I decided to also scan in the image of Pluto's Garnet Rod from my copy of the Materials Collection. It didn't turn out as clean as I'd like, primarily because the image was close to the spine of the book and I didn't want to bend it. I had to edit the bottom a bit to restore quality.

Like the Space-Time Door, it appears that the Garnet Rod was at some point drawn once and turned into a graphic that could be reused throughout the manga to save time. If you look carefully, Pluto's Garnet Rod is the same, line for line, in most panels up through the Dream Arc. This is usually regardless of which direction Pluto or the rod is facing.

Fun Fact: Even though Sailor Pluto was drawn holding the Garnet Rod in her Eternal form for the cover of the reprinted manga, Pluto does not appear to carry the Garnet Rod once she has attained her Eternal form at the end of the Dream arc in the manga. Instead, she is only ever shown using the Garnet Orb (or some corrupted version of it) when Sailor Galaxia pits the senshi against Sailor Moon. However, the Garnet Rod does make an appearance in the Stars arc, in the hands of Sailor Pluto of the 30th century.

Feel free to use this as a resource, though if you make something with it it'd be nice if you credited me for the scan and pointed people my way!

All credits go to Kodansha, PNP, Naoko Takeuchi, and her staff.

I didn't do much here, just scanned in the image and cleaned it up a little. I'm loathe to open up my Materials Collection to scan it, so it really depends on how badly I need it and where it actually is on a page.
