Nice shading! The tilt of her head and expression on her face makes me feel like she'd be a scary person to run into!

Creepy yet cool! Your artwork has always been good! I must say, Stargate is one of my favorite sci-fi worlds, but I liked SG-1 the most. It had more mythology in its villains and worlds, and even expanded from the Ancient Egyptian themes, with Chinese, Hindu, Norse, and even a little Celtic. I have a book on SG-1 that is by Dorling Kindersley, and it's one of those visual guidebooks. It's out of print now, but you can probably find it in a used bookstore.

You're welcome. It's a cool book all right. Atlantis was kind of hard for me to get into when I first watched it.

I feel that the Disney movie Atlantis: The Lost Empire was and is underrated. It still deserves a place in the lineup.

It is very underrated.. it deserves a lot for recognition from Disney itself.

I'm glad we agree. A lot of fictional worlds incorporate mythology into their themes, including Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Kane Chronicles, and even Star Wars has mythological influences. Have fun with your comic book convention!

You're welcome. The Kane Chronicles are a series of novels (actually a trilogy) by Rick Riordan, who wrote Percy Jackson. It began with The Red Pyramid, continued with Throne of Fire, and ended with The Serpent's Shadow. It features Ancient Egyptian mythology and culture, and even has the gods and goddesses.

Yeah ever since Harry Potter and Hunger Games are finished its kinda hard to find another book series with the same kind of unique magic that sucks you in within the story and everything, its rare, so thanks again for the info! Β Β Β
