Considering an average of 20% (I don't remember the exact statistic, but it was close to 20%) of all the $1 bills in the US have been with a stripper at some point in their circulation I'd say it is probably pretty dirty.

Actually, they were fresh-off-the-press dollar bills.
But I just sat there, wrinkling them. And I messed around with the contrast.

Where do you get fresh off the press bills? Do you know somebody who works in a mint? I can never get fresh bills. It is very difficult for me to use vending machines (though I rarely use them).
