Description And yes its true. She was initially the Promise girl but was scrap from the list on Ver2 Character Development chart for the manga.
But in the anime, she really was the girl in keitaro's childhood memory. If u watch the Love Hina episode 24 before the credit, Mutsumi tell naru that she heard the promise about Todai from ANOTHER girl to keitaro with Naru beside her. When She said that Keitaro has many promise refer to the Dreamcast game if keitaro didnt make it to todai for the 3rd time.

Her figure are much like Narusegawa. But not short temper. She use her legs rather than fist.

Of cause we didnt know, because she was just a mixed illusion character to keitaro. Like on Manga chapter 69, Keitaro merge Naru and Mutsumi Discription and become that promise girl. But anime episode 24 was reveal that neither Naru and Mutsumi was the promise girl. So in Anime Universe SHE WASN'T EVEN APPEARED DIRECTLLY. Even in OVA, but i think 2 or 3 person know who is she in the anime universe (Me think). Hina Baa~chan, Mutsumi and Moe.
