Description
After being inspired by another artist who works ona large canvas, I attempted to practice drawing on one myself. Not that i was not already working on a large one, but knowing the proper size to work in can do wonders for details. In this case i chose 350 DPI and a 4x7 canvas. I also practiced brush strokes with the paint brush. I've always ignored this brush b/c i didnt like how solid it was, but after changing the "min size" to 1-4 and keeping the size high between 8-12, I soon discovered the awesome shape it causes
Thus the feather dress (it's not my first feather dress). I pushed myself to shade better too, in a different way and to push the details. I worked on it for about 2 hours.
