Wow, she looks great. Only that watermark is a little annoying.
Also, her face is slightly out of focus, because you used f/1.8. I'd say f/2.8 and the sharpness would be perfect.
Gotta remember that the sharpness of the face (eyes, to be precise) is critical in photos like this.
