Hello there. I noticed that you wanted some feedback and I came to help out. Now mind you I myself am struggling with some aspects in art, but I will do my best to give you my feedback as to how this looks and if there things that could be improved on.
Her design does match her story quite well, and the colors are actually quite fine with her design. One of the things I could point out is the shading: it is very dark on her. Now perhaps the light source is coming from the top and close to her, but there's not much of an indicator on that. But it's not bad, just would've preferred a bit of a lighter shading. I see you have a good understanding of hips, though the stomach seems a bit too skinny. This is a common thing to happen, so please don't let this get you down. I would suggest taking a look at female figures (doesn't have to be nude), and observe how the stomach and hips connect. I like her species design, has that nice bat look to it. The smoke behind her also gives a nice foreshadowing of what she could be, since no one has seen her "other" side. One last thing: The eyes are nice and I feel like there can be more things added to it. Like add a thin iris or give it an inciting glow from the inside, sort of like a medallion or a crystal.
