Although I am probably the only person who recognises him in this silhouette; the other three people I showed this to did not.
I was actually looking for another reference, but I couldn't find it so I used this one instead.On other, more awesome, news: this is my first Harry Potter fan art ever!
Great timing, as the series just ended. 
I don't know why I haven't drawn any Harry Potter fan art before as I basically grew up with it (I stayed up 'till midnight to get the new books the day they'd come out and all that).Anyway, I drew this just this afternoon as a quickie. I felt like doing something simple and new, so here it is.

I've liked this for a while, and when I finish my current project, I'd really love to turn this picture into a x-stitch. Would you mind? I would credit your original work in any posting. I don't know if you've seen anything I've done, but I think this would look awesome done in every shade of gray on a black canvas.

Thank you so much! It's going to be a while before I get to my next project, but now I'm really looking forward to it! I've given myself a year to finish my current project. Hopefully I'll be able to finish well before that, though. I will, absolutely, keep you informed when I start it!

I'm going to do HP fan art soon, too. I also grew up with J.K.Rowling's books and my first drawings were portraits of Harry, Hermione and Ron. I can't believe I haven't drawn them since 2002, I have to change it. Have already chosen pictures

Yeah, I wanted to try my white pencils out and see the differences.
I've also been missing it for a while. I like the movies, but nothing beats the books. Oh the frustration when one of my friends had gotten her hands on the English version, and I had to wait on the Dutch version because all my HP books were in Dutch and it's a series so they should be al the saaaaaaame.
Ah, good old times. I miss HP books.
