My story is about a Nokken and a Fossegrimen.

Fossegrimen: A Nordic, eerily attractive mythological being that sits in large bodies of water, typically under waterfalls, and plays enchanting music on a stringed instrument. People are lured by the sound and in exchange for food, the Fossegrimen will teach them how to play. It is often said that the best composers and musicians play "as if they were taught by a Fossegrimen."

Nokken: Similar to a Fossegrimen, a Nokken is also from Nordic myth, sits under waterfalls or in large bodies of water, and plays enchanting music in order to lure people to them. However, when people are lured by this beautiful music, instead of being taught to play in exchange for food, they are dragged into the water and drowned, becoming food for the Nokken. Whether they are attractive or hideous depends on who you ask.
