JQN-005here we have the electrifying Wire Man!
He was going to be named Power Man, or Energy Man, but a power man already exists. and i don't like the name energy man, its too broad. also PS: he's based off of an electrical transformer.

anyway, Wire Man was built to help manage the voltage of power grids and the quality of electrical wires from telephone poles and houses. he would convert the high voltage energy into low power energy. but wire man can extend his external wires to objects and robots. it could even act like a taser. though for defense he tends to surround himself in a cluster of wires, and the orbitingg wires would then electrify themselves, and any foe who comes close would get fried. he loves to crack puns and wants to make people happy. Ho he tends to combine the two.
