When I did this meme, I wore my hair like that a lot, so I drew her like that and then when I looked at her i thought: "omg She turned out to look like ema skye!! Oh well, too lazy to erase."

Well it's god to know it wasn't intentional! And I'm trying to do this meme, and this is going to sound very n00b-ish, but hey I AM a n00b, so... How do I do it? Draw in it, I mean. I haven't got one of those drawing tablets to attach to my computer, so I can't do it very well. What program should I use so that it comes out good like yours?

Oh I used a tablet. But you can also draw on paper then scan it and then paste it onto the meme using a photo editing program.
