I am afraid I don't follow Homestuck so to comment on the comic as a whole would be difficult, but the way you capture the human form is quite interesting. They seem child like (as a non Homestuck fan I'm unaware if they are children or not) which is a trope of manga but your art and colour palette seem to be a much more western affair. Good art all round really

In Homestuck the characters are 13. C: They're a little older here, but I wanted to keep them looking childish - especially at the beginning of this story.

Well thanks this is the first time I've really commented on art. (I guess the trick is just to sound like an English Lit grad student?) To be honest I only joined devi art to meet artists to help me with a project. I suppose I've proven the best way to get their attention is complementing them?

Haha, I think it certainly is. People here are used to getting simple, one-line comments that only really touch the surface. So when you get a comment that explores deeper, it really sticks out.
