I had a somewhat hard time with this but it turned out kind of neat : o I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea to try and make water without knowing how but it looks fine maybe lol.It looks more like a dratini to me than a dragonair but I'm not really sure why :/ If anyone feels like it I would like some feedback or critique to help me improve :3
