Description
Daz had a long night, giving birth for the first time was hard. Along with the fact that she had to do it alone. The foal came pretty quickly but didn’t move for a long time. Daz, very tired herself tried to keep awake to make sure the foal was ok. Something stirred at her rump, she flinched before finding the strength to sit up and check. The colt was sitting up, Daz found a new surge of strength to get up.
The foal was a bright red color, his legs half white have red. His face adorned with a nice white blaze. He was perfect. Daz started to lick the foal, cleaning him off. by morning the colt was standing, a little wobbly, but he's standing. Daz smiled it was time to get back to Zeno, preditors loved one mares with foals, and the fresh smell of blood didn't help either case very much.
"Artimis." the colt perked his ears.
"That's you name little one. Artimis." The colt let out a nicker.
"Now, let's go and meet daddy." Daz started to walk off with the Artimis following.

Zeno grazed at the water's edge. They had moved from their comfortable cave to the lake below. It was not as safe but better for raising foals. Zeno couldn't believe that it was finally time to meet the foal. Even though it was not his, he was still very happy. A sound in the tres caught his attention, her burnt ears locked in the location it came from. The sound seemed distressed, Zeno wondered what it could be. So he decided to investigate.
As he walked in to investigate Daz came up being him. The stallion was surprised by what he had found.
"Zeno what are yo.." the mare was also surprised by what lay in front of them. Artimis nicked at the being laying in the bushes.

Quest
Fallen Man Lake is a great hideaway for most herds, it is quiet and there are multiple options to get even further away from humans and other undesirables. Luckily for Zeno and Daz, none of the above decided to show up to mess up when is looking like a great day. The pair graze contently along the waters edge, the summer smells fading into the familiar autumn smells made them feel cozy. As they relaxed and grazed, some sounds of distress caused their heads to snap toward the treeline. They both couldn't help but feel nervous... what if it was caused by humans?! What will Zeno do?
➤ Inspect the sound. See if you can help.
➤ Ignore the sound and continue to graze.
➤ Take the sound as an excuse to move away again.
➤ Ask Daz what you should do, maybe she will have the right answers.
