A Concept idea, of Alliance Dropship Model, based in the Alliance Cruiser Model from Mass Effect 3. The idea is a ship that can landing and drop vehicles and soldiers.Request image by dam025
The blue light in back, is a shielded door, for the entry and exit for shuttles, and the grey (3) are door for drop the vehicles and soldier

Well if this is the size of a cruiser, I wouldn't label it as Dropship - rather I'd call it a Landing Assault Ship, the modern day Wasp-class.

Only thing I wonder about is the size. Isn't drop ships usually paired with a larger proper warship, like a cruiser, with as only purpose to bring soldiers and vehicles to the ground? It's a cool design though.
