Assuming you have a third party launcher (nova, apex, etc.):

buy zooper widget pro from play store

download zooper widgets from description

use file explorer (I use ES file explorer) and place them in zooper widget/templates

place them on home screen

download glyphs icons and place each png in dropbox or where ever (I have mine in a dropbox file, if you want a link to them just let me know)

change desired icons to glyphs and you're pretty much done with homescreen

for lockscreen, buy app called widgetlocker and make a clock widget with zooper

also, if you want the music widget to work you'll need an app called media utilites, but at least it's free!

i do too because it's glitchy and not very secure, but I can't find anything else that I can customize..

yus. "android is the land of customization" but there isn't ANY GOOD LOCKSCREEN replacement app on the entire playstore. It's a shame bro.
