After the news about the Core Eater, The Blind Butcher, r4di0, and The Wings Collector spread, so does the virus. Cotton Buttz accidentally contracting the virus after holding a mysterious moth. Nobody can touch or hold her monster side aka her moth form, if they do they'll have a serious diseases since her fluff furs and wings actually hides a poisonous surprise. Because of that, she suddenly feel more lonely even on her original form.
