The light of the photo and glowing colours from the digitalization progress on the colouring give the picture an overall dreamy atmosphere <3 The expression of the character and the details in the bubble itself make it look like a portal into a pleasant dream <3 I also like how you focused this part of the picture by contrasting the hands and face in warmer colours, along with the hair, from the rest of her body in colder colours
