Here's my guess: 
She's a young girl, yet serious and really focused on her goals. She has a lot of books in her (a little messy) room, so she either studies a lot or just loves to read (or both!). Judging by the guy's ears (her brother? friend?) and those little winged sparks (a fairy maybe? or a quiddith ball?) i'd say it's some kind of world with magic presence.

She looks like a student of a fantasy academy to me. Maybe researches something mysthic, given that the drawing next to the window reminds me of chakras. I'm curious about the goldensnitch/Timcampy-like object on the floor, maybe it aids her research? She seems very dedicated and strong-willed. I also assume the man peeking in her room is her friend or a classmate.

Sorry for making my guess earlier. Kahi Lux, her mouths, her glare, red garment, all resembles me so much a doctor that cared for me a month ago, that I can't see her differently.

You showed in your picture posters, one depicting chakra and other pentagram, and then I assume she's not a medicine graduate. Maybe she's a student? There are a lot of books and a possible room-mate. The boy has pointed ear, which makes me think that Kahi Lux is a heroine of story featuring magical phenomenon.

On the occasion I must say I'm amazed with this pic. You used paints so well: there are pleasing tones, but at same time the coloring isn't overdone. You're good at stylization - although art line is clearly simplified in manga style, everything seems to be in its place.

Kahi looks like a resident of modern, fantasy hinted world. She seems to be a healer/magician/scholar of some sort, maybe all of it.
As a person, judging from her expression, she seems to be intelligent, calm, stern and no-nonsense woman.
By the way, you´ve done a great job on this picture, I love the colouring and shading. Also, I love Kahi´s hairdo

A spiritual expert of sorts-- I see a chakra chart in the background She tries to tap into chakras to get more power for some big goal-- she comes off as a girl who doesn't goof around.

Hehe, she looks almost displeased at the situation around her. I suppose the friend/roommate may have something to do with it.
I have a feeling she's a student or researcher as she's got all these books and there are posters on the wall.
What's really peculiar is that she's got one side of her bangs tied back and she's got the other just hanging loose. I wonder if this is a hint at her life how she's uptight and tidy in one aspect, but she still will let loose and have fun. Just a guess though.

Kahi seems to be a little untidy, but she is level headed. She is also perhaps a student of magic, a teacher of magic, or a researcher of magic. Given the loads of books on her shelves and a galore of posters, including the somewhat anatomical figure beside the bookshelf- either way she is learning about these things as she goes about her duties.

Also, this is very vibrant! really pops out!

The first thing I notice about her is her calm even cold demeanor.  This not a woman to mess with.  There's a strength of will and purpose in her expression.

She appears to be some sort of authority figure given the badge of office she wears.  Perhaps a teacher?

She's also a practioner or at least a researcher of the esoteric arts.   Magic.  Aside from the library of books, there is a chart on the wall depicting chakra points on the body  as well as some notes and a pentagram sketched on the other wall.  Plus what might be a pair of divining rods on the floor.

Perhaps she is a treasure hunter?  There appears to be a map on the floor and calipers for measuring distance.  It might explain her no-nonsense expression and the non-human behind her who is trying to steal the book.  Perhaps he is a rival.  Or perhaps he has his own agenda.  Or maybe he just wants to copy the answers to this weeks test  

One thing I did notice.  For someone so neatly dressed and presented, her room is a bit of a mess  there's stuff strewn all over the floor!

Well, there's definitely something magical going on here. Kahi seems serious, but the warm colors mean that she probably isn't a cold person. She's evidently quite studious, judging from the books everywhere, as well as the diagram she seems to be working on. I can't make out what the logo is on her shirt, but it seems to indicate that she either goes to some school or belongs to some organization dealing with the same sort of magic that she studies. Her white-haired friend, while also having elf ears, seems to be either in a rush or not too pleased with the disarray that is Kahi's room. All in all, an interesting character, and I'm looking forward to learning more about her!

This is a tough one. 

I'm going to guess that she's a student in a fantasy type setting judging by the faerie y her shoulder, the wands on the floor and the apparent elf boy in the background. 

By the unamused look on her face, I'm going to guess that she's annoyed by the person in the background.  Perhaps a room mate of some sorts?

I was judging by all of the imagery around that she might be a witch of a sort. (wands on the floor? Maybe something akin to studying at Hogwarts? XD)

Hmm... some sort of magic researcher whom doesn't keep their living spaces too tidy by being too focused, hence why the guy on the side is like "wtf?" XD That's my guess, anyway.

I think she looks like a magician who was studying but since she is not very organized her roomate is telling her to clean the room or something xd
She may live in a fantasy world and where almost everything is related to magic.
Looking at the bookshelf I assumed she likes to read a lot :0

Oh man she's so gorgeous! Incredibly striking! I LOVE your art style!!!  

I'd guess that Kahi is some sort of wizard, magician maybe? There seems to be a magical diagram and some wands or staffs on the floor? Also I think that's a fairy behind her, though it also looks like a golden snitch from HP so it's hard to say. She really reminds me of a character that would be in HP, in Gryffindor, especially with what she's wearing. Though she could be a member of some sort of society, or go to a boarding school with that uniform. 

She appears to be extremely intelligent, judging from all the books and things, as well as her eyes and expression. I think she is a calm, cool, and collected sort of girl, nothing really bothers her much. I'd guess that she is pretty powerful as well, and probably someone who cares for her friends but doesn't always show it on the outside. 

I look forward to learning more about her in the future!

I think she likes drawing and reading - she has sketches of spacesuits, spaceships and movement of astral bodies? (hope I'm seeing those correctly ) She's not a very tidy and organised person, perhaps because she's more focused on her research and inventions than on such trivial stuff as tidying her room The guy seems surprised and scandalized and she looks annoyed by his intervention - he's her roommate who is annoyingly curious by her strange preoccupations? Also, her suit suggests that she's either a student or works for an organization, either way I also think she's into research of some kind. I think she's a teenager, so perhaps the first theory (that she's a student) is more accurate. I'm guessing the story is not set the real world, it's perhaps fantasy/ sci-fi?

Kahi seems to love books, adventures and spiritual stuff. There's a pentagram (pagan, not satanistic) and chakra map on posters of her room, so she's probably interested in white magic and auras. She's probably pretty serious person, given her cold expression and focused eyes. The white haired guy looks a bit surprised and unhappy, combined with the fact he's emerging from border of the picture suggests he's there by mistake or accident, maybe Kahi due to her interests in magical stuff caused him to appear in her world? Also I can't help but notice little golden insects flying around her room, they also look otherworldly. Kahi definitely either can use magic or is trying to learn it, and in the middle of preparing to some travels given the map, calipers and walking sticks (?) on the floor. I also second that her outfit looks a bit like a uniform. So I'm guessing she's some kind of supernatural researcher and magic student in world that is similar to ours, but with fantasy elements.

Hmmm, well, based on the fact that the guy behind her has elf like ears, I'm guessing this is more a fantasy setting. She looks like she belongs to some sort of organization by her outfit.

Maybe a researcher of some sort...
