its Hyoga.... though it kinda looks weird because i used different layers in photoshop this time and lost my outlining on some parts which is really weird. Though i like the background. I can never do backgrounds but it came out okay this time. enjoy

lol ^_^ i did the background just by filling it blue... and then i think i added different shades of blue to the sky and used the smudge tool, then for the ice i just used a brush and i changed the opacity and painted... i dont quite remember the rest all that well tho lol
