I love those horns! Their placement on the skull is unique, but they still scream 'demon'! The molten lava flesh and glowing eyes help too, of course.

Kinda, it's sort of like environment and character design for entertainment. But I love comics as well, so it might go that way too. But yeah, it was for school

because we'll fill in all the blanks and help flesh it all out
like writing photoshopping storyboarding stuff like that

There's a lot of things to pick apart about these that make them really great. <33 You did so well making all of them really varied. The different shapes of the round smoke vs the sharp parts of the body contrast really nicely, the mane leading your eyes to the face, and the creative body shapes are super nice.
