AH, so Cosmos is basically like those jackholes who get their own name tattooed on their arm so if they get in an accident he has some form of identification on him at all times...
Then again Alternator Tracks' liscence plate says "TRACKS" right on it, but I'd think that would count more as jewelry than a tattoo to a transformer.
