This is a drawing of Muppet, =Azzeria 's cat.
Photo reference: Scanner kinda destroyed the background. Meh...
I used looooots of different graphite pencils, tortillons, kneadable eraser, mechanical pencil, bla bla bla... etc.

Love the subject.... and your work is showing great texture. I know that about scanners. Usually I have to go into the advanced settings and turn off automatic image adjustments, on mine it has a tick box buried deep in the menus to make all adjustments manually. I have now gone to taking a photo of my artwork and editing it in photoshop, generally less of a pain with the good camera.

no need for critique this is very good, i will say the strokes on the cats ass should be shorter and harsher, and a few spot should be darker, and try not to outline any white fur but still define it but meh nice work keep it up!

your the artist! lol i would erase any constant shading/rims and do each strand of hair depending on the light source and the direction the fur is flowing, make sure when going from white fur to colored that where they meet is dark and thin
