Description
Raden is one of the Japanese traditional crafts. Sliced shells are pasted on the black resin. Dark colors anything, okay but black is optimal. In the case of using other colors, dark red or brown are used frequently. The shells shine variously depending on the angle of light.
The high-grade things are used Japanese lacquer (Urushi) instead of resin. But dealing with this lacquer is difficult. Some persons get sick on their skin when touch or get close it. (allergy) That's why painting work needs a high technique. I had watched it only, so I hope to challenge someday.
