Ok,I might as well get it out of the way...I have somewhat of an ornate liking to girls with balloons.To each his own though,right? I guess it's not TOO much different from people who find the kawaii-factor in girls with glasses.
On that note,please enjoy this feature presentation.
With a baby Kiria at no extra charge (notice the balloon from her car stuck to her toe ^ ^).

I like girls with balloons too.. but I never realyl tried to draw it. ^_^; You sorta make me want to though.
Cute as always, and the balloons make me like it all the more. 
You think she's gonna blow it to bursting, or let it go?
And what software did you use to draw it?
