Here is Part 1 @_@ of my updated arm bands tutorial. This is how I started. Made a pattern first. For beginners like myself I know I made mistakes quite a bit so start on paper. >_> My friend harped at my for not making my wrist and forearm area rounded but I'M A BEGINNER leave me alone!!! I just want to pretend I can make my own cosplays D:!!!!!!Good god was I wordy D: I hope I didn't make any mistakes in my spelling.... I'm so sorry if I did.

OOOHH, that's a great idea as well! I really wanted to make these from scratch so I could get used to making my future outfits since I'm terrible with a sewing machine so I wanted these to be my first experiment!
My first set was made out of children's foam and glue XD. They only lived for 1 con sadly.

Yes! My upper one (made of childrens foam) is doing fantastically, I've been to Fanime, Anime Expo and Hypercon and it has yet to fail me!
