A lot of people have been asking me for a tutorial about how I do my hair tubes for a while now. @_@ I finally deliver! The hair tubes cost me roughly $1 for the tubes, $4 for the spray paint, $1.50 for the PVC pipe and like .50 cents for the childrens foam.
