Insidetale:
• Hopy and Despy exist for a precise balance and do not come out of "L'INSIDETALE" which is the equilibrium zone. Nobody can enter (included Ink / Dreams / Nigtmare / CoreFrisk sorry ... sorry?) To preserve the "neutral" and especially balanced the various Universes.
• Nobody knows the existence of this lost place in an invisible line. So no one can enter it either, otherwise it would have dramatic consequences.
• I do not think that Error could have entered either, the area being really consolidated to preserve the Mulviers Universes. It is an area that is in a kind of invisible line, only the most "bugued" to generate a "fail" in protection

Characteristic of the Soul / Talent / Power of Hopes / Hopy
His soul :
• Hopes does not really have. It is sort of a fragment that represents the "Yang" When in the presence of Despy the "black" part is present (but may fade with time so he must touch Despy to recover it is often he who the fact is that Despy is more reluctant to show it just below).

• So, when the black part of Yin in Hopes' Yang Fragment fades (which represents his soul). In his moments while he usually keeps a distance with Despy. A need to have a contact fuse in him. Gaster and Os
Gaster

Other

• Despy and Hopes do not have a romantic feeling! They are just two units that complete each other and we need each other while being totally opposed. (not being able to get out of the insidetale anyway, they seldom have to see another alternative of Sans ...)

• If by title of exception it is found in a timeline to destroy a player code. It can be perceived by the other alternatives of Sans. His emotions being very positive it would be no wonder that SansDreams are spotting them for example (SansDreams autor: Joku) I do not know if he could see it? as Hopes appears as an invisible spectrum / codecache if preferred in timelines. But if that were the case, Hopes would probably be happy to see good emotions (Despy might well attract Nigtmare: Auto Joku too ... I know, my characters are similar to those two ...
