This is a really nice design. (what can I say? I love seekers!) And the coloring is nice too!

Freaking awsome sniper-rifle, I must say! And a very cool background!
Nice job on the whole image basically, although they don't look that femmy...

Thanks. I still am not finished detailing that rifle in. I kept getting so frustrated and unsatified when drawing it that more work remains.
The background is mainly the product of a bunch of playing and experimenting with filters.
The Not femmy part .. well Ray is supposed to be a more bulky one, and she has a higher strength level. I could work on maybe try to trying to stick in a few more feminine hints and maybe a little less broad shouldered, but I reiterate that she has a more boxy and bulky look, and I dont want her to be all cylindrical and skinny, or too human-looking.

The only suggestion, and she would still be bulky, is widen her hips a little. That would make her just a bit more femme.

*nods* I understand you, there are too many armcandy femtoys out there in the TFverse.

Between 5 and 100 size of the fuzzy default brushes (sorry if I use bad nomenclature) for the Transformer's body shading, and something like size 25 three strand grass brush for the rain drop hits on the top leading surfaces. I was really doing a whole lot of trial and error, and a lot of what I wanted to render I never did because I could not figure out a good way (like rain drops hitting something other than the edges of the wings or angling the brush to face the rainfall angle.
Besides what I mentioned, what do I need help on, as I am still so PS noobified? You have so much more experience on painting and use of colors.

hehe glad u asked cuz I know u can make so much kickass pics
Well, first of all do u have PS7, PS CS or PS CS 2?
Secondly, don't ever use those fuzzy, soft round airbrushes for every shading area - results to blurryness.
I like to use the following brushes tho
The Airbrush hardround (again depends on what PS u got, 6 wont have it)
The one u used
Hard round is great for mixing colors, and great for shading, no blurryness
you would use the soft round for areas that are filled with alot more darkness and away from any light source (the farther something is away from the light, the more faded / weak the dark shading looks)
Same goes for lighting, but the closer you are to light, the stronger the dark shaded areas become (less blurry) and the more blurry lighting becomes
sry if im confusing u lol im bad at explaining stuff...
but heres a good example of wut i just told u [link] ull find some mistakes based on lighting yeah but its pretty self explanitory...spelling?
i can catch u on msn if u like if u want me to pin point more stuff

Seekers are considered to be 'standard factory production models', of which Skywarp, Thundercracker, and Starscream are viewed as being the most famous.
There are some fans that will insist otherwise, that the three characters in the cartoon are unique. I lean more towards the first explanation -- one reason why female Seekers don't necessarily look feminine.

still, i would believe a female transformer have to look feminine. it would be very weird if it had a male build. mcuh like seeing transvestites with low voices.. @__@
