So meet Veloria the cubchoo with the ever changing pin

Name : Veloria Luchenburg
Thievery :
- Steal - Attempt to steal an item from the enemy instead of default attacking
- Treasure Hunter - Adds an additional 10% to the reward roll
- Capture - Tries to steal the opponent's held item and deals damage

LIMIT BREAK : Markets Open!
Veloria sets up a market stall that slams down on the opponent(s), causing the flattened status
- For a turn, Villians can buy from her (all proceeds go to the real shopkeepers)

Facts :
- Veloria doesn't do well with being stared at/others paying attention to her; she gets extremely clumsy and nervous, which gets worse the more embarrassed she gets
- Surprisingly, her and Soleil have a good relationship. Granted it circulates 100% around money and treasure, but hey, it's something
- Is a merchant at heart, and greatly admires all the shop owners
- Her scarf is her own creation, a scarf bag of sorts that helps her carry money and treasure.
- Her necklace is her biggest treasure, even though it has no value in crysta. Shes incredibly humble about it but if someone compliments her necklace she gets very happy
- Her big pin changes whats on it depending on the situation. Its just a gag.
- She gets along well with Othello, but not so much Mana. Mana is jealous of Veloria's "good" relationship with Soleil. Othello and her bond over how they don't like being noticed
