Finally finished that comm!
One angry raptor coming!It took literally months to finish but i'm super proud, especially of the fabric! ^^

Amusingly enough this is going to be a shorter and more concise critique.
Vision: It's definitely a raptor in desert fatigues. Lacking front pockets though, and the head seems to be a bit larger than it should be for the torso width.
Originality: Unless this is another person's character, which I believe it is, it's someone I definitely have not heard of, or seen at all, so it's still pretty neat, and I do like what I see.
Technique: Okay, the big one. As per the norm with you Naj, the way your colors and shading are, they are great. I can tell that the colors and shading might've taken you some time, but the shading on the folds of the clothing are enough to drive anyone bonkers, unless they had someone else stand there and copy the same pose. The additions to the folds due to the number of digits pressing down on the fabric and the skin underneath it. Your art is incredibly appealing as it always has been and I think forever will be, there is also a definite improvement over your last "Full" work, especially with the reflections in the eyes and the sheen to the claws.
Impact: It's a full worked Najti picture! Always great to see being posted. Impact wise it's definitely something I will keep in mind for future works when artist recommendations come around the art corner in my channel.
