Are you going by the Warcraft tabletop RPG's alignment system, or by traditional D&D-style alignments, because if it's the latter then;
Rexxar should be chaotic good (well-meaning, but resistant to getting caught up in other people's causes)
Zul'jin should be lawful neutral (fighting for the well-being of his people, right or wrong)
Illidan should be chaotic neutral (waffles between doing the right thing and selfish motivations, constantly switching sides, easily swayed by others)
Kil'jaeden and Sylvanas are both pretty Neutral Evil. Kil'jaeden is dedicated to the cause of the Burning Legion and usually works in long, slow moving plots, but is obsessed with revenge on Velen, and doesn't have any particular convictions about Law or Order. Sylvanas is unrepentantly evil anymore, what with using plague bombs to annihilate others & raising the dead into what she used to call a cursed existence. She's neutral evil because on the one hand she is trying to establish a powerful nation and has built a sycophantic regime around herself to do it, but on the other hand she is prone to moments of whimsy and acting on impulses.
A better lawful evil example would be Brigitte Abbendis of the Scarlet Onslaught, who was so obsessed with her ideals that she would do anything for the cause.
I'm really struggling to come up with a good chaotic evil villain though; all the major Warcraft baddies are either loyal to a higher up, have some kind of ideology they are sworn to, or are simply too scheming and methodical to really count as "chaotic."

I don't think Illidan should be on the evil part. He was really more of a good guy than a villian. Arthas and Kiljaden should switch places. But everything else was good.
