Rouge is also one of my favourite characters. <3I was actually planning to draw Emmie last night, but then I started drawing Rouge instead, haha!
I did lots of studying this morning, so I coloured this as a break. :D
Sorry it's really simple, but I have exams in less than 10 days aaaa I need to study
