Kinda destroyed it with the background D:I used one of *GuiltyTestament s picture to do the water - thanks guilty xD GO SEE HIM! Γ_Γ
Seems like Stitch won the cuteness fight between him and Toothless - it was fierce and almost a tie! (he won with 4%)

I really like the water and the blue tone but somehow the water is not very clear at first i thought it was like stone or ground pattern (forgive my bad eye sight - -')

Honestly I think that the BG is fine. I know allot of artists try to make the BG amazing... problem with that is then it would detract from the focal point of the piece, which here it is Stitch. You did a fine job, don't be so harsh on yourself
