EDIT: Due to some blowups and some anger directed at Rafiki for naming the cub, please DON'T BE MAD AT HIM! Rafiki didn't name the cub on his own. He is serving as a channel for the Great Kings, the Land, and any other "higher powers" who have the charge of naming the royal lions. Please, let's give an old monkey a break.

Oh, Rafiki's naming of the cubs (through the Great Kings or something) was my brother's idea. I loved it so much, I had to use it here. I guess we know now why Taka was given that name. (Personally, I don't dwell on the name-meaning stuff in TLK so much, but I couldn't resist this time. )

I am dedicating this comic "Betrothed" to the memory of ~Simbamarasa , the artist who inspired me to draw, and taught me how to draw, TLK comics. She will be dearly missed.
