These Asian pears seem to be really popular with the squirrels this fall... This is really the first time I've ever seen a squirrel eating one... It was a real treat to capture such a cute moment.

Thanks! Funny story actually: the first time this squirrel came around, I tried carefully opening the back door to get a better look. Naturally, my dog tried breaking through the small crack in the door to catch this critter... The squirrel heard the noise and was out of there in a flash. :/ The second time (later in the day), I tried a different approach- I tried as best I could to snap a photo through the glass... With a little bit of photoshop to omit the glare, this was the end result.
