This took absolutely ages. Painting is horrible! Everytime I thought I was done- there was something I could add more detail to, it drew me back in, I missed two meals because of it. I don't draw show style and prefer more squared muzzles, so that's probably it. I decided to stick to my guns and not change my style.

It's not about show style. In general, male characters are usually more "square" in cartoons, while female characters are more... round? You can draw any way you want, but be aware you draw mares with a stallion-like muzzle

Fully aware. Been drawing them like this for a while. Settled on males having taller and wider muzzles rather than more square as the distinction. Sorry if I sound irate. I literally get this same comment every other day on tumblr, like "yeah, I know."

Painting may be horrible, but you have absolutely nailed this. The colours are amazing, especially the vibrancy of the eyes, and the hair is...astronomical (sorry, I had to throw in a pun). Seriously, this is awesome.

Well I'm not a sir, and I'l pass on that slap thank you o_o. Thank you very much, but this took me three attempts and five hours on each of them, whereas I normally draw much faster. I don't consider it worth the time I put in, but again, thank you <3
