Made this guy a few days ago and I'm still intending to finish him. But what Chapter should he be? I just can't decide, any suggestions

It looks nice on small resolution but when enlarged it looks as though there were lines surrounding the warrior.

They'd be completely unpredictable in battle and shit (attack strength etc. decided by a roll of the dice?)

Probably Ultramarines. The dark hair and gritty features suggest something along those lines.
Or, one of those near-extinct chapters, like Lamenters or Scythes of the Emperor.

Hmmm Ultras would be cool I guess especial after I recently finished "The Killing Ground".
And weren't Scythes of the Emperor extinct? I though the last few died on Armageddon.

Scythes aren't totally extinct, I guess; I'm not so sure. The last time I checked, there were still 200 onboard the Heart of Sotha.
You know, even though I only have a vague idea of the books, I said Ultras because the marine actually reminded me of Uriel Ventris...

I'm more partial to either the Fists or Salamanders, but Ultras are generally cool. I'll get the books if I can find time in the future... but I'll probably read Storm of Iron and Lord of the Night first.

My personal fav are BAs but Fists and Salamanders score high as well. And you should really read Storm of Iron it's one of the best books out there! I've read it twice so far and I'm considering re-reading it again. If you plan to read the Ultra books you should read SoI first, though you'll have to find out on your own why
