a similar work to my Tranquility but in a different colourscheme. I wanted to make the lotus look somehow opalised.In asian lore and symbolism the Lotus stand for purity and enlightment
Edit: completely redid the work, only thing I kept is the basic color scheme. opposed to the old work (where I used a free clipart which I re-sized many times and cut it out. which made it pretty fuzzy and the lines very uneven) I draw this lotus and the highlights shadings etc, with my new wacom tablet /pen. I even got the opalised effect better than before
As well its no longer an on-sight from above and the stamens have now a different colourdifferent colour:

I loooove the colors on this, especially the way there are colors in the white to make it look almost like a rainbow.
