The Ice Serpent’s Successor

Joshua was walking through the deep snow of the tundra he found himself in. He had seen in a vision of a great evil approaching, and four people were standing up to the incoming threat. One of those beings was a strange lava girl, and a second one was Joshua himself. He also got a feeling that there was something in this tundra that could help him.

Joshua kept walking, using his wizard’s staff to help him step forward as the wind and snow pelted his face. The wind kept getting stronger, as a strange blue spiritual orb appears behind the young wizard, watching him. The wind kept increasing in intensity, blowing Joshua over. He bonked his head on a nearby rock covered by snow, seeing the orb before he passed out.

Joshua wakes up in a strange place. A large hallway, with a floor made of a clear, smooth material, and blue pillars made of ice lined the hallway. Joshua walked down the hallway, stopping when he saw a large mural at the end of the hallway. It was a mural of a giant blue snake coiled around a giant icicle. He looked over the mural, fascinated by it.

The blue orb from before appears in front of the fascinated wizard. “My, it’s been a while since a human braved the storms of the tundra.” a feminine voice comes from the orb. “I sense a great need for my power from you. Why are you here, wizard?” the orb asks in a serious tone. Joshua jumps back in surprise for a moment, before he nods. “I have seen a great evil approaching, and that there’s something in the northern tundra that can help me.”

The orb floats around Joshua, like it was looking him over. Joshua felt like the spirit was staring into his very soul, which sent a shiver down his spine. The orb then floats in front of Joshua. “I can see you speak true.” the orb says. A moment later, the orb turns into the ghost of a woman, with blue skin, white hair, and most distinctly of them all, a large blue snake tail.

Joshua stepped back in amazement. “W-Wait, who are you?” the wizard asks. The ghost spoke, “I am Isa, the previous guardian of the Ice Serpent tribe. My body had passed long ago, but my soul cannot pass on until a successor is found.” Isa spoke. “I have decided, you will be my successor, young Joshua. Will you accept this honor? It will change you, in body and spirit.” Isa asks. Joshua nods “I came here to help defeat the incoming threat, so I will do what it takes.” the young wizard says with an affirming voice. With Joshua’s acceptance, Isa raises her ghostly hands, as snow suddenly fills the room. The wind whips around as the snow starts to flow into Joshua’s body.

First, his skin turns a pale blue, like the winter sky. Joshua’s ears then grow out, becoming pointed like an elf’s, while his short black hair starts to grow out, turning a silvery white color. Joshua’s face began to narrow, turning more feminine, with blue eyes and blue lips. His arms and torso narrow, turning more feminine. Joshua then yelps, as he feels his legs close shut, twine over themselves like a pretzel, before fusing into a single mass. The young man felt the mass starting to grow and grow, as the skin turned a darker blue and became harder, forming scales over it. Joshua felt his member pull itself in shortly after his tail formed, replaced with a female sex, now entirely female except for one last thing. Joshua felt her chest swell, forming a nice, sizable pair of breasts.

Once the change had completed, she heard Isa’s voice one last time. “Go, my successor, protect the world as the new Ice Serpent!” A moment later, Joshua woke up in the tundra where she passed out. She looked around, wondering if it was just a dream, before she stood up. The snake woman felt the breasts on her chest, her new tail moving when she tried to walk. Surprised, Joshua didn’t feel cold at all. In fact, the cold felt nice somehow. She moved around, as she tried to cast a spell. A wisp of ice blows by her hands, before she let out a large blast of snow. “So, this is what I felt up here.” the ice naga magician said. “Not what I expected at all, but I won’t complain. Need a new name, though.” she says, slithering in the snow with grace. “Nieves. That seems fitting.”
